From the date that your order is placed, Mumlo needs 2 business days to
personlize your pacifiers.

Mumlo uses UPS, FedEx, United States Postal Service & Post Danmark.
We ship Monday, Wednesday and Friday, excluding holidays.

We always do our best to make sure you receive your order within 7 business
days.
Factors beyond our control, such as weather, delivery error and
international shipping schedules can cause delays.
Regardless of the cause of the delay, we will do our best to help you.

Prices

All prices submitted by Mumlo are understood as follows:

a) For all customers with residence within the EU-territory:
Including packaging and VAT, but exclusive of postage and expenses listed separately.

b) For all other customers:
Including packaging, exclusive of VAT and postage and expenses listed separately.
Import and export expenses resulting from dispatch, such as e.g. customs,
fees and expenses are to be borne by the customer.

Returns

At Mumlo.com we inspect each order prior to it leaving our warehouse.
If an order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective we will send a new order free of charge.

Notification should be given by e-mail to Return@Mumlo.com.
 
Please provide us with the following information: a) order number b) invoice number
You will then receive a Return Authorization Number.
 
Return the product together with the invoice. State the Return Authorization Number on the back of the invoice and send it by mail to:

An e-mail notification will be sent once your package has been received and processed by our returns department.
 
Please allow up to 5 business days for inspection and processing. We will then issue credit to the original credit card for the purchase price.
 
Items sent unauthorized or without a documented return authorization will be refused and returned at the sender's expense.
 
Custom made orders are considered as Final Sales. Returns will not be accepted for these items, unless the return is a result of our error.
